I have no great words of wisdom for you but I wanted to share in your joy of hitting your 3 month mark. You have done a great job losing. We all gained our weights our own way and we are all losing it our own way. God created you to be unique and wonderful and he is just taking special care remolding your clay, he wants it even more perfect.

Congratulations Mary.  You have done a FANTASTIC job using that tiny tummy of your's.  It's amazing how quick your time has gone by.  Wow 111 pounds is awesome.  God is good that's for sure.  You won't even have to look at those BIG catalogs before too long.  We have had clothing exchanges at Weight Wise before and maybe we will again soon.  That might be a time you could come for an appointment and stay for that.
