Weekend update

Well I saw my surgeon on Sat and I weighed in at 10 lbs down from the last time I was there, which is right where he wanted me to be. I filled out all the paperwork to submit to insurance and now all i'm waiting on is for my Dr.'s office to fax over my reccords to my surgeon. When I called the Dr. office this morning a snooty girl answered and said that the soonest they could get copies of my reccords would be Friday!!! FRIDAY!!! I have half a mind to go down there and offer to copy the file myself!! But even so, if I get to submitt on Monday the 23rd, and then wait 2 weeks for insurance approval and then 2 more weeks for the Dr. to be available....then we're looking at somewhere around the end of March beging of April. So yall be praying for me! mostly for patients!!! I've also got to loose 5 more lbs by my surgery date...but that I can handle!! I also got to meet some Great OH.com buddies!! I met MichiganGirlatheart ( Heather) and Solidersbabygirl (Renae)!! Great to get to meet you girls we'll have to get together soon!!

That's GREAT news!  I don't understand why people have to be "snooty".  If they don't like working with the public then they need to find another job!!!  I think I'd be inclined to call them back and ask for a "supervisor".  But...that's just me.  When I was ready I was ready and I know you are too!  Good luck!!!

Yes, we will have to get together again soon~ It was great meeting you also!  Sorry for the rudeness of your doctor, girl...  I'd be the same way and want to march in there and make copies myself.  Keep up the patience though, cuz your surgery date will be here soon and I know you can get that last 5 lbs off.  Just do Turbo-kick LOL.  If you want, I'll even be your surgery angel for the board and let them all know that you're ok after you have it :).  And by the way, I think you are so super pretty and pictures don't even begin to do the real you justice!  I'll text or call ya soon!  *hugs*

Aww! Your so sweet! and you look amazing as well!! If I didn't know better, I would never imagine that you'd ever had a weight problem!!  I'd love for you to be my surgery angel! I also hope that you and Heather will be able to come visit me while I'm in the hospital! We'll have to try to get our little ones together sometime soon! Can't wait to hear from ya!! Thanks again!

Waiting is the Hardest part!  Your time will be here before you know it.  I just can't believe how fast time has gone since I started my journey!  I'm 9 weeks out tomorrow!  It sure doesn't feel like it!

I know how frusterating it is to hit those speed bumps in the process but hang in there.  It will happen in good timing.  March is just around the corner.  You have done so well, congrats on your loss!!  It won't be long now...

I know very well how hard it is to have to wait for various reasons, but the best thing to do is prepare....Have your broths, liquids, and what ever you will need ready. I even cooked some things for the mushy stage and put that in the freezer to be ready....Sure it was early, but it passed the time away and that is what I needed.
You will get your approval and be sitting with all of us in no time! I look forward to moving down for you!
