1st Appointment

Hello everyone! I'm kinda new here and just thought I would let you all know my situation. I have been to the seminar and have my first appointment with Dr.Gorospe on 2/27/09. I cant wait! However I am not quite sure how I will be paying for the surgery yet. My insurance has an exclusion. I have been looking into other options, but nothing firm yet. I am praying it will all just work out.

Welcome to the OK board!  Congratulations on making the decision to take control of your life!  My insurance also had an exclusion so I feel for you.  Many of us are self-pay here and we would all do it again anyway!  Best of luck to you and keep in touch!

my mother helped me secure a medical loan and that is how i am paying for my surgery and i would go in debt all over again because it is so worth it!!  good luck!

Welcome to the ok forum. These are a great bunch of men and women who are willing to help answer any questions you may have. I too am useing Dr Gorospe and just had my psych eval and sleep study. (these have to be done before they will submit to insurance for approval) and once Jiny gets my sleep study results it is off to the insurance for approval. Dr Gorospe is a very kind man. I had my intake with him on the 23rd of Jan. I hope everything works out with your insurance.
