I am posting this when all of you are at Support Group and wish I was there, but alas I am back in the hospital with my asthma (Bad News).  Good news by their scale I have lost the 4 pounds I gained on steroids and lost 1 more.  Don't mind if I do pat myself on the back because it has been a  mighty struggle to watch the food intake.  My eyes are on the goal line I AM HAVING SURGERY AND THE MORE I LOSE NOW THE CLOSER I AM TO MY GOAL.  Keep me in your thoughts and prayers that these lungs will heal soon.  I am still planning to come to the social at Iron Star barring any disasters.

Man, oh, man, girlfriend can't get a break, huh?  I'm so sorry to hear this.  I'm betting that even your asthma is better after your wls.

I'm sorry you missed tonight too.  Miss Ruth was our moderator and did a fine job!

I hope to see you at the Iron Starr.  We always have fun!

I'm sorry you couldn't join us last night.  We had a great meeting with a lot of discussion.  I'm even more sorry you're in the hospital and having problems with your asthma.  You are doing great with the weight loss.  I know steriods aren't very weight loss friendly but you do need to breath!!  Just keep your eye on the prize...you're time will be here soon.  I look forward to meeting you at the Iron Star!!!
