Trying to update my avatar...

I use ifranview to resize my pics.. Today, I got it down to 1 % and the thing will still not upload.. does anyone have any suggestions on what I can do?

OMG!!!  Thank you!!! That was so much easier than my irfanview.. I think I will have to delete that program and use the new one.. WOW!!! It was so much easier than the other one...Woohooo!! Thank you so much for making my life so much easier, wow! I didn't even know a program like that existed..

Yeppers, my scale is finally going down.. I have only been weighing on Wednesday's now, the scale was about to drive me nuts.. I didn't lose anything for 3 weeks, than the 4th week I dropped 10 pds.. I don't know if it's because I am running like crazy taking care of sick kiddos or what, but it sure does feel good..

Hey, Love the new Avi!  It looks like you are doing great!
I'm really sorry I couldn't talk earlier.  I had 3 kids running around, dogs fighting and I was trying to find stuff to go help my brother unlock his truck.  He locked his keys in it!  BTW, if I ever lock my keys in my car I want him around!  He got his unlocked in less then 2 minutes!  LOL!

Anyway!  It looks like you are doing great!
