Getting Closer....

Howdy yall!
I got my clearence from my PCM & Nut. this morning. All I have left to do is attend the Support Group Meeting on the 19th and I will be scheduled to have a one on one with the Surgeon and get my date! I am over the moon super excited!
I dont post much, but I am on here all the time reading up. Yall in the Oklahoma group are by far the most friendly & supportive bunch of folks on all of OH..

I'm getting closer to my surgery too Kim!  From what I hear, it's baby steps getting to the surgery and then it's a rollercoaster ride afterwards. 

I have an appointment @ WW on the 18th, so maybe I'll get good news then.  Hope yours comes really fast!!

Your turn is just around the corner and while it seems to take forever when we are wanting this surgery try to remember that the doctors are doing it in small steps and all the tests and such for OUR BEST INTEREST! Thanks for the compliment on our forum, I have been around to other boards as well *gasp* and have to agree although I haven't hit many individual state ones ours is a supportive and awesome group. Glad to have you  part of it and glad to be a part myself.

Kim, I am so glad that you are moving right along! You will be sitting on the bench with all these wonderful people before you know it!! There is something about getting that date that makes it all so real!
