I can say that this is a great birthday! I feel so much better this year than I did last year. In fact, it was after my birthday last year when I realized how terrible I felt and how tired I was ALL THE TIME! That is when I decided I had to do something about my weight. I was sick and tired of it and had my consultation the next month. It was the best thing I have ever done for myself!

So I appreciate every single day and am proud to say that I am 47 today! I expect the next year to be even more awesome than the last!

Thanks again! May you all have a little of my glitter today!!!
