Um ok you already know how much I love you....but let's talk.... Flax....yep....fiber...it's what you need... coconut even better... so you want to correct the bad and get the good flowing....then flax in the morning...and once again in the afternoon...and mix unsweetned coconut shavings (finely chopped in your protein shake)...before you know it...boom...skinny and regular... omg...I'm actually having a regularity chat with my friends....
oh and let's keep it low carb just for the sake of it... you're amazing...not justas a woman, but also as my friend...

Well bless your heart girl!!!! You probably have the weight of the world on your shoulders right now. Knowing what happened with your brother has got to have you freaked out good right now. This will all be behind you in a few days. Please let us know it is all okay when you find out.
Hang in there on the weight loss. You are doing great and for you to just now be slowing down is awesome although I know that is not what you want to hear. Hang in there, I'm sure it has alot to do with the increase in weights. You will start losing again.
