Support Groups

Is there anywhere on the Oklahoma Forum that lists all of the support groups?  i saw the post about the Integris Support group today, but which Integris?  I know I could have asked on that post, but I would really like to see a schedule of all of them.  I'm a support group kind of person, so looking forward to them.

If you go up to the top of this forum page, where it says "Home, My OH, etc.," and click on the "groups" tag (to the left of "magazine"), you'll see where you can do a search for support groups by location, etc.  Of course, only those that OH knows about will be listed, but that should help you.

Marsha, Weight Wise in Edmond has a support group every Thursday night from 6- 7:30.  Patients from all medical practices are welcome.  Come join us.

Maybe we should petition the board mods for a sticky post that lists them.  That way everyone visiting would know.

OWLO has several meeting a month as well as several satelite meetings around the state and anyone is welcome from any practice as well.

Norman Regional Hospital Eductional Center
The hospital is located at 901 N. Porter in Norman (just off Robinson). The Education Center is in the southwest corner of the hospital. Go in the southwest entry door (faces west) and look for a directory that shows which room the meeting will be in.

I believe they are working on setting up one in the Duncan area also.
