Howdy everyone,

I went to the surgeon today and we decided to postpone my hernia surgery for 6 months or so. The good news is that he said he would consider doing a tummy tuck at the same time when we finally do the surgery, so that gives me lots of motivation to finish losing my weight. And the most wonderful part of today was having him remove my PICC line. I am free at last. No more showering with saran wrap!! I have had a PICC line for almost 6 months and now I feel like I am back to normal. I still have lingering nausea issues and barf if I eat too fast but otherwise I feel great!! I am down 48 pounds and now I get to look for a new job. Life is great!!

I could not imagine having a line fo rthat long i had a G tube for 6 weeks and was about to go crazy, SO I am very happy that you have gotten some improvement and way to go on the loss!

I'm thrilled for you, Kim. It's about time, isn't it! Bless your heart. I just know the road ahead is much smoother than the one behind you. You look wonderful, and your weight loss will pick up even more. You've done so well, and I admire your strength and tenacity. God bless you.

I'm so glad to hear this. You have certainly had more than your share. Did you get to try the protein we talked about the other day? Looking forward to seeing more post on here from you now, since it's all good now and your going to have alot of good news about the weight loss now. !!!!
