Hey guys! I am in shock and I had to share this with you. Not only have I lost 54 pounds....I have lost 22.5 inches! Sometimes u need to see numbers like that to put it all in perspective. This is so worth anything I have been through! I am so glad that I made this choice for my life.....now if i could just get off my lazy butt and exercise...
