Where is this Jerky Emporium? It sounds like I need to make me a trip there. I love jerky. I need to get mom dehydrator and put it to work.

It's at the intersection of May and Britton on the southeast corner.  Their website is www.tbje.com and they have jerky made out of everything you can think of.  Meat sticks too.  And lots and lots of spices, salsas, rubs...well, you get the idea!  Can you tell I'm a fan!  Check out their website and you'll get an idea of what they're all about.

The harder ones may be a little rough to eat for people less than a year out of surgery but there are hundreds of good ones to choose from.

I used to shop there once a week at lunch and get the small packs for snacks.  They have a TON of really good jerky.  No Man's Land is by far my favorite.  Very smoky.  They have their own house brand that's really good.  Hard Times and Robertson's are a little tougher but very well flavored.  There's also game jerky and stuff like turkey jerky.

Think about what you like and ask the store clerk.  They know just how they all taste and can point you in the right direction!

You can order No Man's Land direct and save a ton of money!

I will have to try a bunch of these out. I really need to get the dehydrator out and start making my own again, I used to keep one going all the time. I loved experimenting with different marinades and seasonings.
