Question for today-What are you looking forward to this spring?

February is here and the seed catalogs are arriving and the stores are loading up with garden stuff-so spring is coming.  Try to look past the aisles of valentine's candy and easter candy (aaaaagh, enough enough enough) and think about what you'd like to do this spring.

I'm looking forward to bike riding-I'm a wussy warm weather rider-if it's too cold for shorts, I'm not happy. I'm also looking forward to putting in a new garden.

Foodwise-homegrown tomatos and onions....mmmmmm!

What are YOU looking forward to this spring? 

I cannot wait for Spring to arrive.  My DH is an avid gardner and loves to garden and work in flower beds.  I am not only looking forward to fresh veggies and fruit but I am looking forward to actually being able to bend over and actually plant flowers and dig in the dirt without passing out.  I don't think I'll be doning any shorts this year if ever because my legs look like a pair of austrian drapes!  I will wear them at home to garden in and mow but not out in "public".  Oh well...no big deal for me!!!  This spring is going to be so different from last year with 167 pounds gone.  I am looking forward to it in so many many ways!  I am also TIRED OF BEING COLD!!!

Please grow too many tomatos so you can feed the Glitter Gal!  I loves me some home grown tomatos!  And green beans too!!!

My DH does NOT know how to grow a "few" tomatoes.  He always has more than we can eat and gives them away so I will be sharing.....

Pattye...I'll be giving you a holler for sure.  I'll probably be bringing the extra garden stuff to the support meetings so you'll HAVE to meet up with me sometime!!!  When are you on now for your trip back home??
