CPAP machines!

The seals & headgear on the masks are replaceable, so I think you'd be able to reuse the masks, just get new seals and headgear.  Which are less expensive than buying a complete mask for a couple hundred dollars. 

They can be sterilized as well as tubing.  You can also buy filters for the cpap cheaply too.
