I met my goal (passed it actually) of 1000 minutes in January-I did 1015.  LOL.  But that is huge for me.  I am going for 1200 in February.

GREAT JoB!!!! I didn't keep up with mine very much because of the sick kiddos.. But I have been cleaning this house from top to bottom the last few days.. I just finished 2 bathrooms, sweeping and mopping and shaking rugs.. Does that count for anything??  I am about to run the vacuum too...

Wow!  You impress me!  I can't wait to get my hip fixed next month so exercising doesn't hurt!
I have maintained for one year at this point.  I am steady at -120 pounds.  =)

when you put in terms of minutes, that is a bunch!!!  Thats going for 1 hour for 5 days a week in February.  Wow!  That is my goal too so I'm right there with you.
