MWC/ DC walking group this coming Saturday
Well, none of us busted our behinds on the icy sidewalks in the park this past Saturday. Man, I thought the west sidewalks would have been clear!
So, gang, lets walk this coming Saturday morning at 9:30. We will meet at the main pavillion off Reno. Coffee after at Panera. Hopefully Mother Nature will be in a good mood! =)
Let me know if you plan on walking, please. I need to know who I am looking for in the parking lot!

I have maintained for one year at this point. I am steady at -120 pounds. =)

Unfortunately I will not be present (again) this next Saturday - I am on a road trip to Tulsa later that morning so I will be doing last minute errands and packing. A bunch of us are going dancing at a club up there and doing some fun stuff and then spending the night at the Hilton Southern Hills (very posh looking according to the website!).
SOOOO...hopefully I will be able to plan some time on the treadmill at my work place gym this week to make up for all the time I am missing....Thats the plan anyway!
Of course, the tenderness from this (freakin) ulcer needs to go away and let me be too.... that would be most appreciative!!
