SuperBowl is tomorrow...whatcha eatin sugar?
I am excited to have my first SuperBowl post WLS. In years past I ate everything under the sun. This year I am going ot be content with some cheese sticks, baked chicken (drizzled in hot wing sauce...healthier hot wings baby!!), and later some tuna fish and crackers. What is everyone else planning to eat and snack on tomorrow?

I enjoy watching the SuperBowl, but unless I go somewhere, it's not a big eating event. I may go all festive and make up a batch of bean salad. It's just whatever beans, onion, garlic, malt vinegar, basalmic vinegar, sugar free maple syrup (I know, I couldn't believe it either) but it's got a sweet/savory wang that just rally hits the spot. If I don't do that, I'll just heat up some edame for a little salty fix. Oh heck, the edame with a side dish of bean salad would be pretty tasty too.
I'm eating, well, nothing that is out of the ordinary. I'm having sauteed scallops and maybe some little smokies with bbq sauce (hubby usually demolishes most of those before I can get my hands on them) and some crackers with cheese and almonds. That's about it. We're not having a Super Bowl party over here this year. My teams I like to watch didn't make it to the Super Bowl... grrr.
