Oh, what a relief.  I've actually lost 4 pounds since last time I weighed.  This has been an extremely obsessive month because I've been changing some things up and I really like that scale feedback.

I've lost 1-1/2 pounds since 12/27 - not very good.  Oh well!  What can I do except my best?  Sometimes I worry that I'm destined to be a big girl my whole life.

I started this process the size of a defensive tackle, moved to center and I'm looking to get down to running back size.  Jeez - I hope that happens some day!

You're just being nice.  When new people meet me, they see that I'm still fat.  But I'm still working it so it won't always be that way!

Went to PetSmart yesterday and saw some incredibly cute puppies.  Fell in love with a Yorkie mix.  He had one a little coat with a skull and crossbones on it.  He was adorable!

Thanks gal!  You are sweet but I've got a ways to go!  That's ok - I'm actually enjoying the process most days!

The scales graced me with another 1.5 pounds lost this morning.  Upping the water, lowering the calories - who knew that **** worked???

For the most part, I don't journal.  But I've started back again with the daily plate.  It really is enlightening.  I mean, how else can I tell where I'm going wrong if I don't see it.  So I'm doing better with that.
