I needed this laugh....
Wait till your butt hurtsd whn you sit for a few minutes....or you are laying down and trying to figure out how come your head fells like you are touching the ceiling but your butt feels like its on the ground....

you might want to get a carriage bolt for the belly button

being healthy has its rewards....take the challenge and just do it
