Retaining water
I can't figure out why all of a sudden in 2 days I put on 10 lbs!
I just noticed tonight that my ankles are swollen and my legs (Calves) are also harder than usual. I am not eating salty foods. My usual day consists of protein drink in morning, string cheese and usually at mid morning some more string cheese, then a salad or soup for lunch and in the evening I've been having oatmeal to warm me up. I've even made my own pizza's on wheat totilla.
I've been having headaches too for last week. This is really strange.
