That's not fair. I could easily go buy a battery or order a new set of scales delivered right to my door-it still requires restraint on my part. That's like saying your weight loss doesn't count because you had WLS......(but I did weigh at the doctor, so i'm less tortured than you are)

No, I'm not a goal (I don't think, I wasn't last time I weighed) and I've been tweaking exercise and food....so I really do kind of want to know-am I still losing, am I gaining? Is it muscle, is i****er? Oh well, I go back mid February and I think that that is reasonable time to see what the exercise, dropping the calcium and dropping protein a bit will do.
(I was trying to get in 90 grams of protein which left NO room for veggies and then there was that other problem.......LOL) Even dropping down the protein I still have to use a bar or a supplement, but now I'm eating veggies again and I can poo!!!! (My next step is to try to get in three fresh fruits a week, but I'm holding off on that for awhile)
Well, well...someone is caving in to the scales!!! LOL....yep it's been a long month - I still haven't weighed, though I thought about it, and only because the scales although evil in a way, are a means for me to kind of be accountable...not weighing brings me back to the days when I wouldn't weigh because I didn't want to know how bad it was! So, I think we shouldn't be afraid of the scale - it will say what it will say, it does not change how we feel about ourselves......
I am still waiting till Saturday morning, for reasons previously stated!
