Still colder than a well diggers brass buttons, but at least the sun is out.  Still trapped in my house, but there is hope for tomorrow.......

Hang in there people!  Being snowbound is NOT a reason to nibble and snack stay busy, stay focused, stay sane!

The sunshine is beautiful this morning!  I got a call at 5:30 a.m. that school was closed...thank goodness because I was just wondering how the heck I was going to get there.  I love the sunshine though, even if it's from indoors!

Hugs,
Marsha

I am going nuts here I want that sunshine to MELT MELT MELT MELT the snow and ice. My kiddos are driving me crazy well crazier than I already was.  I had a whole 2 1/2 hour break after the weekend when thi**** and since I have no car of my own I havent asked to borrow moms so we have been trapped in the apartment since Monday and let me tell you being cooped up in a small place with 2 ADHD kids is an experience to try any persons sanity.

Luckily on the snacky stuck I had hit the health food store on the way back from OWLO Monday before getting the kids and have new protien bars and some soy nuts and edamames for teh snack attacks.

Deb have you tried the sheeps milk yogurt from HFC it has like 18 grams of protien per serving (they didnt have any Fage)  I got the plain and some Raspberry SF syrup will let everyone know how it is. It was kinda pricey but that is a good protien level.

I've tried the sheep and the water buffalo too-the water buffalo is excellent, but they usually only have flavors.  Sheep tastes kind of the same as goat yogurt (go figure).

I keep looking outside hoping the snow and slush is gone....
But no way...I have taken some pics of kids playing outside and I actully saw one kid trying to roller blade..he got about three feet and slide onto his tush..
I remember as a kid how we never got snow days unless it was a blizzard..now days kids get off if it threatens snow...
hoping this stuff is gone so I can leave tomorrow....knowing my luck it wont be gone till next week
being healthy has its rewards....take the challenge and just do it

Did you have to walk 20 miles through the snow uphill both ways?
