Playing with Numbers

I was playing with numbers today and was amazed at how my protein needs, etc. have changed as I've lost weight.  I'm not trying to start a debate on how much per pound you need-that's between you and your nutritionist.  My point is, I don't need as much of ANYTHING at my current weight as I did at my beginning weight.

 I do realize that's just common sense, but I never really thought about it before-did you? 

 

Edited to add: and I may have just added another AHA moment to the constipation issue.....supplements at 266 pounds should not be the same as 161....kind of makes you go hmmmmmmm.
