I haven't been there in so long! Its been over 15 years! I have been sick with a cold. It kicked my buttttt! I went to see my PCP yesterday and I was SHOCKED when I got on the scale and it said 199.8!!!! I'll take that one! That is a 6 lbs loss in 9 days!
I hope everyone stays in and warm! Huggs to you all!
