Did you weigh???

Don't worry!  I won't be opening my big yap and throwing down this challenge again any time soon.  It's too hard!!!

Thanks Anna!!!  I missed you last week at support group.  Do you plan to go Thursday if the ice is gone?  Our in house photographer Glittergal took the new avatar for me at our last meeting.  Considering what she had to work with she did a good job.  I just need to let some hair grow one of these days but I'm just a short hair person!!!

umm sorry Kim but today was my dr. appointment. It ws disappointing as the weight barely budged this time but the inches are coming off as I had to go get some new clothes at the thrift store this weekend. I wsa close to a OH NO Pants moment. I will stay off the rest of the time as I up my protien and I got me some resistance bands this weekend.

Girlfriend - we already decided that it's ok if you are at the doctor's office for an appointment.  And losing inches is better than pounds anyway.  I know we don't believe that always but that's what makes the clothes fit better!

I did I did-I mean I stayed off, I did NOT weigh.

Deb - you don't count because you couldn't weigh even if you wanted to -your scales are broken!

Well, I mean you don't count just with this - you count in all of the important ways so don't take offense!  LOL!

I also have not weighed!
