Question about your weight loss.....

I go by the weight I was at my first consult with the bariatric surgeon.  But there is no real guideline for this - everyone does their own thing.  I think my highest weight was about 5-7 pounds more than my consult weight.

I go by my highest weight before consultation with surgeon. It all had to be lost anyway.

i count from my first dr visit. i had to lose 33 lbs before surgery and ended up losing 40 lbs so heck yeah i'm counting them!

I counted 20 pounds that I lost on weigh****chers before my initial consult.  I asked on here for opinions and it was agreed that I lost it so I got to count it.  You do what feels right for you.
I have maintained for one year at this point.  I am steady at -120 pounds.  =)

Thank You all for your input. I am a curious person well some say nosey heifer and was curious. Myself I count them I worked to get them gone.
