looking at a march date

I had my intake appt with Dr Gorospe and it went great. I have my psych eval on monday morning at 8:45 and i have to send a copy of the psych eval and my medical records to his office and once they get those they will send off for my insurance approval. United health care said it would take 2-4 weeks for them to ok the surg.

I have my sleep study done in the next few weeks. Thats all I can get done untill the insurance oks the surg. I have already taked to united health and they said they will approve the surg with no problem. Dr Gorospe's nurse said that I will be ready for surg sometime in March. I am so happy I can't wait. I will post updates as soon as I know more.

I know march really isn't that far away but it feels like a lifetime. Dr g's nurse said that after I am approved the time will fly by because I have several things I will have left to get done before surg. I just can't wait to finely be on the bench instead of on the sidelines

thanks for the support. I still have a few things that I need to do before the or. I still have to have a scope, cardiac clearance and clearance from the pulmonoligist, labs and the nutrtion class.

I actually had all of those things scheduled in the same week! Dr. Kirk will do the scope and it's really not too bad. Although Dr. Kirk will tell you that they are going to use something to numb your throat that is a mix between jet fuel and tom cat pee LOL. If you are using Dr. Britt as the pulmonologist be prepared for a lot of BAD jokes about cows.
