I made it through my first week of working out!!
I had no idea I had so many muscles!! Every one of them are crying out and letting me know they don't appreciate my new routine of working out at 5:30 a.m.!!! LOL! Today I did the weights in addition to the cardio. I can't beleive I actually did it all week. I can't wait to sleep in ****il 8:00 anyway) tomorrow morning! I figured I needed to report in since I asked everyone to hold me accoutable. Now, let's hope that I will be able to handle having two days off from working out and be back on track on Monday morning.

WAY TO GO AMY!! I KNOW YOUR MUSCLES ARE SCREAMING AT YOU NOW BUT JUST WAIT... THEY WILL BE SAYING "HEY LOOK AT ME!!" I THINK YOU WILL FEEL BETTER NOT ONLY PHYSICALLY BUT MENTALLY. WHEN I MISS A DAY WORKING OUT I FEEL BLAH AND LIKE I HAVEN'T DONE ANYTHING GOOD FOR THE DAY. I NEVER EVER THOUGHT I WOULD BE ONE OF "THOSE PEOPLE" BUT I AM AND I LOVE IT!! CONGRATULATIONS ON MAKING THE WEEK! I KNOW YOU CAN CONTINUE AND I AM VERY PROUD OF YOU!
