Aww, c'mon!  T in the skirt might be cute ;-)!  You're an islander now...can it be a grass skirt?  You da man, T!  Big thanks!

I knew I could do the weight but the cardio still bothers me.  Having a family history just makes it worse.  I know I'm in good hands with Dr. Ghani but I can't help but obsess a little knowing my past abuse of food.

No last suppers for me.  WW told me the walk to walk and I will do exactly that until I'm on the bench.  I've come this far on support and willpower alone.  I can't turn back.  I won't be a failure to lose weight again!

Thanks everyone for all your support thus far!  I wouldn't have made it otherwise!

You are doing awsome! I know the road is not easy, but you have sure made it look so! I too have had issues with the cardio clearance. I have waited since the end of June for this and it is coming together now. With 3 stents in my heart I still finally made it through on my cardio. It took me alot longer on this walk because of the plavix I had to be on, but I am now cleared to go off it.....Now if my blood sugar would just straighten up! It is not where Dr. Walton wants it, but he is giving me a week to work on it. I am still praying for the first week in Feb, but we shall see....

Don't get down about the heart stuff...Pray hard. Keep on pushing towards your goal! We are all praying for you and we will be praying hard for any heart tests! Lots have had them and been fine...let's just pray you are like they were!

You are getting there!!!!  That is so awesome.  I know how it seems so overwhelming at first to lose the weight to have surgery.  It will only get easier after you have your new tool.  Congratulations!

The pre-op weight's the toughest.  Time to start looking for some smaller clothes!
