Thanks for sharing Lyntoral!!! I love these products. They really helped me through my "I want carbs" days after Christmas. I keep them in my desk drawer at work.

Is it alright for sleeve patients to eat that stuff? Dr. B said not to eat any bread, pasta, or rice items... wouldn't those count as breads? I might just be confused. They really do sound good though!!
I'm about 2 months out and would love something crunchy besides carrots and cucumbers.

Yes, this is not bread, pasta or rice. Go to the website and you can read all the ingredients. They are approved and are wonderful. We got samples this fall when we did the walk from obesity at Tulsa. I enjoy most of them and they do help satisfy my need for crunch. They are also a great source of protein.
