I think you handled "Mister Objective", troll that he is, quite well.  Many of us have difficulties after WLS with vitamins, hair loss, etc (I know I did) and people like that can just kiss off as they are quite uninformed.  I think you are doing great and it sounds like you're taking a productive path to get even better!  If you ever need anything, let me know, I'm almost 5 years out of RNY and have been through a few hurdles myself nutritionally.  I'd be glad to help, if I can!  *hugs*

Btw your hair loss is from low protein or from having surgery hair grows in 3 month cycles so if u had surgery three months ago your hair is now just showing that....
and I am not a nutritionist...LOL just a post op that has suffered
