I just ran a whole mile!!!!!

OK, not at one time, but with a minute of running and a minute of walking, in thirty minutes I ran a mile and walked a half mile.

Before I started this journey, I couldn't even walk up my stairs without having to stop and take a breath, and now I am running in public...I can't believe it!

Great WOW moment!!!! Funny how you say "running in public"...I know that I could mostly likely run if I wanted to, but the thing about running outdoors where people can see me, keeps me from trying...I still have this vision of a really big person running and her stuff jiggling all over the place!!!

I tried on the treadmill and I can do it, but the treadmill is not as much fun.....
