Jeremy and Winnebago??
Ok good! We need your input! And I will selfishly say that I am fascinated to watch the two of you melt away. Hope you don't feel like a science experiment but I will find it really inspiring to watch you lose weight. (no pressure there, huh? LOL!)
Your big day is almost here! I know how excited you are feeling!

I'm having issues being off my depression meds. I haven't felt like talking much and I'm quick to anger and not able to control it. I'm just keeping my head down and my mouth shut.
BTW, surgery is delayed for a bit. Cardio is sending me for more tests on the 29th and 30th. *IF* I get clearance then my 2/10/2009 appointments will become pre-op. Don't hold your breath.

I'm sorry to hear that news! I once tried to get off my anti-depressant and found out that I didn't care much about anything. I was so not myself anymore! It was terrible. So I went back on it. My PCP assures me there are no long term bad effects for the drug I am on.
I know that cardio stuff is frustrating for you but better safe than sorry. I'm sure you'll get through it all with flying colors.
We are all here for you even if you're unhappy and need to be propped up. We aren't just here for the happy stuff!
Hang in there Winne! It will all work out, I promise!

Winnebago, if I might ask...is there a reason you aren't taking the anti depressants? I have been on them pre-op, on through surgery and post-op until a few weeks ago. I went off several months ago for a little while but I realized that I shouldn't be at that time and went back on them. Maybe if they don't want you on the one you aren't taking they can give you another one. I really think some of us actually have somewhat of a "chemical" imbalance and "need" to take them. It wouldn't be any different than taking BP meds or insulin for diabetes ....my opinion only. I'm holding my breath and having the faith that all will go well with your cardio appointments. If they do find something then they will treat it and you'll be back on the road again in no time!!! Hang in there Winne.
