Found coconut flour locally

The site doesn't say that they have coconut fiber but it does list the cocunut flour. The health Food Center at SW 74th and Penn in Oklahoma City.

I also found that Akins Natural foods here in Tulsa carries the coconut flour also. 2lb like 12 bucks.

Nope, I havent tried it yet, but it does sound interesting. 7 bucks for 1lb....I definately would not be using it all the time..I am cheap...lol

Jazzy, where is the location of Atkins in Tulsa you are talking about. i want to go by thursday while i am up there and get some.

Ms Sassy....its at the Akins at 51st and Memorial area. It is in the cooler where the eggs and stuff are. They come in 1lb and run about 7.29 for organic. Might want to try Whole Foods Wild Oats and see if they have it cheaper. I had tried to call...but they never answered the phone. I am thinking about gettin some.

I called a Whole Food on friday not sure if it is the same one you are talking about and they said that they do not carry it. If you do find it before thursday somewhere else let me know please I am going to buy some that day for sure. I have a grocery list of things that I  need to get, I am going to get these last 28 pounds off!!!!  I am NOT going to let the not being able to exercise stop me!  New leash on life... lol   Pray for me... :)

U got it gurl. Yes, that is the same place, but no one answered when I called...maybe they saw it was me and let it ring..who knows...lol. If I find somewhere cheaper than Akins, I will let you know
