Thanks for all the wonderful words of support.  My whole family is so excited for me, but in truth only y'all really, really know the excitement and the feelings of joy these moments bring.  Any other person would think these things are everyday occurances and stupid to "celebrate" these.  That is why I love all of you.  Y'all are the absolute best!  I can't imagine my life without you and this forum.  Michael

SOME PEOPLE ARE LIKE SLINKIES - NOT REALLY GOOD FOR ANYTHING BUT THEY BRING A SMILE TO YOUR FACE WHEN PUSHED DOWN THE STAIRS.

WOW Michael!  I know and feel your excitement!!!  I've been there, done that and it's an awesome feeling I know.  Like someone else said...don't over buy or get too use to the new duds because they won't fit long that's for sure!!!

This is the ride of my life.....what an amazing tool I now have!!!

Michael~ Your WOW (or FART) moments sound just amazing!  To be below 300 now must feel just wonderful!!  I wish now I'd kept one pants/one shirt for posterity myself, but I was too anxious to get rid of all of it.  You should keep one of each and the seatbeat extenders in a box, like Pattye mentioned, that say NO MORE (or NEVER AGAIN).  You're doing great and you've done it in such a short time~ I'm excited to watch your journey continue as you lose more and more weight!  *hugs*
