I'm SO happy for you, Michael. You deserve every WOW moment (couldn't bring myself to type the other acronym). :)  This is only the beginning. I, too, understand the joy of weighing under 300. Don't get too many clothes, as they'll be too big in no time! :)

  DOUBLE WOW !!!!!!   PAT YOURSELF ON THE BACK (CUZ NOW YOU CAN).   CAN YOU LET ME KNOW WHEN YOU WILL BE IN TOWN FOR EITHER AN APPOINTMENT OR SUPPORT GROUP.   I HAVE SEVERAL BAGS OF 3X DOCKER SLACKS, SANSABELTS AND GOLF SHIRTS FOR YOU.  KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK AND ISN'T IT GREAT TO FIT IN A BOOTH.  I TOTALLY RELATE.

Emity, I know how hard these wow moments are. I know that we are excited for each person, but it is still hard just waiting...Our day will come too. Keep your chin up!! You are doing great!!

WOW WHAT A FART MOMENT!  Those are awesome achievments.  I've never met you, but I met your lovely wife while you were in the hospital-I know you are both thrilled.

Michael,  when I started this journey I had a seat belt extender in my car and lived in fear that a hostess would try to seat my group in a booth.  I also remember buying the first Walmart outfit.  I completely understand that victory!  Those were such significant WOW moments for me too.  I still remember seeing the scale say 298 and being so excited!!  Now I can't wait to see 198!  Congratulations! -Amy

Michael......I am so happy for you! Good idea on keeping an outfit from the past! I did the same thing...keeps me focused on where I am going and where I don't want to re-visit!

You deserve these WOW moments (I do like the FART word though), and there will be many more to come!

I have tears in my eyes... I am so happy for you.. And your kiddos and wife must be beaming with proud, love, support, and just knowing that you are going to be around so much longer...  You go Michael, your awesome and a wonderful and loving man.. We are so very proud of you.. Congratulations on your WOW moments, you deserve every one of them..

I am sitting herer crying in happiness for you!
OMG what a HUGE FARTTTTTT!
And I agree with the wife get rid of those clothes that are to big pass them on or throw them away...but when you do it make a party out of it cause you aint never gonna be that man again...
I am so proud of you! yes I said Proud which is a word  I hardly ever use.
I kept my seat belt extenders and hve them in a picture frame box witht the caption...NO MORE
