I'm sorry!!  I think I am what Janice refers to as a scale-ho.  But I am resolving to quit with the everyday thing and at least go to once a week so no more until Monday.  I promise!!

No..did not weigh!!! Second Saturday of torture!!!! Just FYI, Feb 9 is a Monday and it goes against my better judgement to weigh on a Monday  ......So I will be weighing of Saturday, Feb. 7!!!

You know that's interesting!  Why would you rather weigh on a Saturday than a Monday?  Superstitious?  Or are you evil on the weekend??

Why do you weigh on Saturdays? I weigh pretty much for the same reasons ......and then there is the week-end thing...!!! Actually I feel lighter after I have had a couple cups of coffee and done a few other things on Sat. morning....

No, I was strong.  Since I'm in the advanced class of not weighing, I was thinking about upping the ante and not counting calories.  That is tough, that is something I've done (at least in my head and often on paper) for years and years and years and decades.)

So, could I, focus only on good choices each meal, forget the past, not count AND not weigh?  My next doctors' appointment is February 19th-that's a long long time to be without a guide.

Disclaimer (I'm trying to learn to maintain weight-I've lost 14 pounds since I decided to quit losing weight, and while I'd still like to lose maybe 5 or 10 more, slow is fine-my ultimate size is what it is, just fine tuning a certain pair of jeans).

I want to puke just thinking about it-which means it's a worthy challenge.
