Nagging scale check???

Yes I did!!! I went to my cousins down near Newcastle and spent the weekend in the peace and quite and the scales did not call me even once. YEAH!!!!  So how did you do Kim?

I did great but it's still a challenge.  We only have 3 weeks to go to February 9.  We can make it!  I know I'm losing because of how my clothes are fitting.  Sure would be nice to make 100 pounds lost but that is about 10 pounds away so I don't know if I can do that at almost 8 months out.  But I am walking like a mad woman so that helps!

I have managed to stay off the scales for the weekend as well!  I do go this afternoon to my primary doc and they ALWAYS have the need to weigh me!!!

This is the ride of my life.....what an amazing tool I now have!!!

Doctor's office visit weigh in are allowed!  And I'm proud of you!

Hmm I will chip in to keep our Thomas from disappearing completely on us. That being said I do know of a couple of other ladies who are actually trying to gain weight as they have dropped down so low since surgery. So you are not alone T.!
