Post-op Diet class?

Hello Oklahoma! 

I was just curious if anyone is going to Post-op class tomorrow (Monday)? I am also gonna weigh since I haven't since pre-op with Amy.

Hope you enjoy the class but it is pretty much a repeat of the pre-op diet class!

Ah thanks girl! You rock!! I don't think I will be the only one there... Oh well more attention for me! 

Please let me know what it is about I have my 3 month post op next month!

Mine was just diet class, and then weigh in. I lost 10 lbs!!! 

They told me about what to eat now that I am in "stage 2" and eating the mushies. I promise I never want to look at soup again for the next 6 months or so!!! That is pretty much it.

I don't know if you remember me but we had surgery on the same day.  I am so happy to hear you are doing well and have lost weight.  I have not been in to follow-up with my post-op class yet but i think i have lost close to 15 lbs.  I have started eating a little more and yes I unfortunatly still crave everything sweet.  It took me a long time to figure out this web site and how to send messages and apparently i still havent got it set up right because i am getting a message telling me they will have to approve this note prior to sending it to you.  Keep in touch and let me know how you are doing.  I would like to be able to compare notes with you.  Sometimes i dont feel like i am doing this right or that i am loosing enough weight.
