I personally also keep a can of nuts around in case the old urge for salty and crunchy hits a few nuts like 10 or so fills me and is protien.  I am like Glitter and though I love to cook I have always been a down home southern cook, which means I have had to change alot of my cooking habits. My big go to food is cottage cheese and eggs as they have always settled well for me thankfully!

I seem to eat a LOT of cottage cheese.  It ALWAYS works for me and I especially like it when I mix in some fruit such as mandarin oranges...the little ones in their own juice are awesome.  When I get a littlel plugged up....this seems to keep me moving...if you know what I mean???  I also always have the frozen low fat low carb ice cream bars, cheese sticks, refried beans, delli meat (turkey) and frozen turkey breasts.  I use a lot of picante sauce with my eggs and some meats for flavoring.  I seem to want more spice than before surgery!

This is the ride of my life.....what an amazing tool I now have!!!
