Hi everyone!

I have a question on vitamins. I have found Centrum chewable vitamins at Wal-Mart, but I wanted to know where do I find the chewable calcium citrate and the b-12 that disolves under the tongue. Is that at Wal-Mart too and I missed it or do you have to go to GNC to buy it?

Thanks!!

Morning, Jennifer!  You can get the B-12 at WalMart.  Finding the chewable calcium citrate is a bit more difficult.  I don't think GNC carries a chewable one.  You can get them at Weight Wise or search online.  You might look at www.netrition .com.  Maybe someone will come along soon with a better suggestion on the calcium.

I know you can get the b-12 at walmart made by spring valley.  Has anyone tried the gummy vitamin c's?  I've not had surgery yet, but I like them.

I wish I could help you but I ended up just getting the regular calcium citrate and cutting it into smaller pieces. As I have to take so many meds I was told I could take reqular pills as long a sthey are no larger than my pinky nail. That being said I would ask your Dr. what they have to say about that. I do use teh chewable C aznd Multivitamin, Dr. Keith likes the B-12 shots so I get that monthly instead of the under the tongue.
