OKAY EVERYONE, I HAD A HANDFUL OF SUGAR BABIES TODAY!!!  I FEEL SOOO STINKING GUILTY...ANYONE DO SOMETHING LIKE THIS ONLY 7.5 WEEKS OUT OF SURGERY...  WITH HAVING 4 LITTLE ONES AROUND IT IS SO HARD, SO I HAVE BEEN PRETTY HAPPY WITH MYSELF FOR BEING SO GOOD FOR THIS LONG....  I AM JUST REALLY MISSING SOME OF MY OLD FAVORITES BUT I LIKE MY RESULTS BETTER THAN THE SWEETS AND CARBS.  TOMORROW IS A NEW DAY, SO I WILL GET WITH THE PROGRAM AGAIN

JUST HAD TO CONFESS

You weren't naughty, you were human!  Lordy knows I've been there.  If you had just a handful and not the whole bag, you are probably ahead of the game!

You already know what to do, you just said it.  Tomorrow is a new day and you'll do everything right tomorrow.  Once note of caution, don't use those Sugar Babies as a bridge for eating more recreational food today.  (stop now!)

So rid yourself of the guilt - that's a useless emotion and gets you nowhere.  Let it go and be a good girl tomorrow!

Candee...

No worries....we all like some fun stuff once in a while...there's not a person that I know that hasn't "crossed" the line of eating riduculous things....  so hey don't beat yourself up...  live hard, play hard....walk a little longer tomorrow...you'll be fine... Lord girl...with 4 little ones running around, i'd have candy, icecream and rum all day long....

hehe...

The trick isn't not to eat it at all, the real trick is to stop and get back on track.

Deep breathe and say i am only human and yes tomorrow is a new day. I myself cheated with a carmel the other day. It tasted like heaven but I  was proud of myself for stopping at one instead of eating the whole bag. You can do this hun even with the kids around.

Three times since my surgery I have had a candy craving.  Once was for Skittles, once was for M&Ms peanuts, and at Halloween I ate one of those small Snickers.  The ones that were the worse were the ones I used to love the most...SKITTLES.  They made me sick.  I handled the other two okay.  As Glitter said, we alll have to be human sometimes.  Head up and eye on the prize.

Hop back on the wagon- tomorrow is a new day.  This is not a diet but a lifestyle.  In real, life thin folks have an occasional treat.  It is OK but don't do it very often.
I have maintained for one year at this point.  I am steady at -120 pounds.  =)
