2 week post op visit

Had my 2 week post op visit on Friday.  It was actually 2 weeks and 4 days out.  I have lost 17 pounds!!! Yea me!!

Im still having a hard time with the protein.

Congrats.  That is awesome.  I've always had trouble with the protein.  They are all so nasty tasting.  I'm going to try the sample pack mentioned below of the caribbean flavors that T is always talking about and hopefully they will taste better.  Keep up the good work.

Hey Sharon!  I'm not sure that I know you yet so Hello!

Congratulations on the weight loss.  You are doing great!  The protein is hard in the beginning but please know that it does get easier.  Just hang tough!

Good job so far.  Yes and as Kim said it will only get easier.  once you can move to solid foods you should be able to get all of your protein in daily from meats, cottage cheese, regular cheese (I love low fat Mozarella), and beans.

Yea! for you!! Sounds like you are doing really well. I am going in tomorrow for diet (nut) class and I will have to weigh. I can tell that everything is getting bigger on me, which I like.

Good luck, just think of all the new clothes that are coming your way!

That is so awesome.

I think you just have to try several products until you find the one that works for you on the protein.
