OKC on Food Network!
I'm watching My Life in Food on today at 5:30, and the whole episode is about mayor Mick Cornett's program This city is going on a diet!
Just thought everyone would like to know that our lovely town is the Fast Food Capital of the World...we have more fast food places per capita than any other city...Wow.

Michelle, i caught a part of that too....I had no idea OKC was the fast food capital of the US....no wonder I miss all of those fun foods over there. sadness.....
I did hear the mayor guy say only 25% were obese in OKC when he was speaking so that's better than Mississippi or Alabama with something like 40%.....
Or over here even.... most of the men here are pretty skinny for the most part, but women are hardly ever medium in size here....the younger girls are very skinny, and any girls over 25 tend to be very large. Unsure why it's a problem in the caribbean.... who knows...
