has anyone tried the Gordmans Salmon that is in the freezer section of the grocery store? I bought a box today only has 2 patties in it.  Like 15 protein each I dont remember the carbs and stuff was just looking for my lunch next week. Wanted to see what you all thought about them or if I should be prepared to season it some more.

I don't like salmon so I can't help you with that.  But I wanted to add that I found cajun lime tilapia (can't remember the actual name) in the freezer section at Wally World and after 3 mins in the micro it is ready to go.  Very low in calories and high in protein.  Ok, just wanted to share!

Really? DH and I like tilapia, I'll have to  try that. Let us know how the salmon is. I love grilled salmon but none of the canned stuff.   lol

Jerri, I LOVE grilled Salmon, I gotta buy more propane for my grill or I would have just gotten the fresh!!! I will let you know what I think about it. I havent tried the canned stuff so I cant say yes or no on that one.

Ya know, I don't think they were cajun.  It was lime tilapia and there was another word that I can't remember.  It wasn't spicy at all.  I'm a wimp too and couldn't take the spicy.  Anyway, you might look.  It's kinda cool to have dinner in 3 minutes!!!

The salmon patties I tried were pretty bland.

A friend of mine went to Up The Creek here in Tulsa tonight and said she had the blackened Salmon and said it was to DIE for.  I tried the Gordman's and I thought it was pretty bland too.  I get the popcorn shrimp every now and then from the other brand (the one in the blue and white packaging).  It's pretty good...

Edit: SeaPak is the brand.  Yeah it's breaded popcorn schrimp but it is the best in protein and lowest in fat and sodium of all the brands.
