Okay so I was just bragging last week about the weight loss and how it was coming off.  Well, out of the blue the day after I updated my ticker I showed a 3 lb gain.  The 3 lbs has stayed with me all week.  What the heck!  I did not do anything crazy and have tracked my food every day staying within my calorie goal.  If I had not have weighed every day I would have seen a 2 lb loss over the last week and half and been satisfied with that instead of feelinig upset and devestated with the gain.  It was probably just the dang scale bounce.  You know how it bounces around sometiimes depending on water and when you last "went", whatever.

So, I'm breaking things off with my scale.  Can I join you guys on your scale fast or is it too late?  I have been weighing every single day so if I even go a week or two it will be a major accomplishment.

My sweet friend, of course you can torture yourself right along with us!  You know that misery loves company!!!  I have to admit that it's been way harder than I thought it would to not weigh but we've made it a week.  Now this has become a show of personal willpower to myself.  I'm trying to prove something to myself now!

Of coursen this now gives us free reign to nag you about it anytime the mood strikes us!!!!

Nag away.  I need it.  Also while you are at it, go ahead and nag me...er...hold me accountable for working out next week.  I'm off Monday and plan to join the gym by my house and start working out at 5:30 every weekday morning.  ugh.

Well, you have lost enough weight now that you can easily work out so that excuse is gone!  I will say that when I work out, I feel better and sleep better.  The more energy you expend, the more you get back.  So I can add that to my nag list!

But 5:30 is crazy early!  The only 5:30 I like is the PM one!  LOL!

I agree that 5:30 is nuts!  But, with work, school, and family I have no idea when to fit it in if I don't go that early.  After work I go home, catch up on laundry or whatever, make supper, have a little family time, then do homework and then bed.

Its my own dang fault!  I decided to go back to college and get my degree.  Then decided I needed to get my MBA.  I would honestly quit now if I had not already invested so much time and money.  I will be done at the end of August so I am just holding on for that day and then no more school!  I'm done.
