I had a ham slice, and a "big-assed" "bowl of blueberries and cream" Flax-z-snax with coconut fiber.  1/8 cup fresh blueberries pureed....

So delicious...

T, where did you order your coconut flour, the 2 sites I went to it cost more to ship it to me then to buy it! Thats crazy!

Sassy, I got mine at netrition.com ..they have single rate shipping.

I had a packet of low sugar oatmeal this morning.  I just couldn't face another protein drink, and I didn't even doctor it up with protein or anything-just poured that bad boy in a cup and tossed on some boiling water and ate it.   Yeah, I'm feeling all rebellious today cause I know I'm going to Red Robin tonight to feast on some MEAT.

Thanks Debra I will check that one out. This other was 11.90 for the flour and then almost 13 for the shipping, thats highway robbery!

I am not  a breakfast person though I have been trying to at least a few times a week, so this morning and every morning I make a glass of Nectar Protein with 2 scoops giving me 46 grams of protien and it is 0 carbs. i do this first thing before i even get the kids out of bed and I sip on that till it is gone some days it goes quickly somedays it doesn't  I use it to wash all my morning ills down and all. If I havent eaten a *real* meal I then usually find I want a little something around 10 or so and I have started keeping some 2% cheese sticks (individually wrapped) with me when on the go so I get extras from that if I have not eaten a true meal. I also start my day with all my vitamins and meds. But on the good side I havent had to take BP pills in weeks now!!!!
