I always had to play tennis on an empty stomach or risk hurling-but I just played WII tennis and puked. Nothing was stuck (foodwise) in my band, but evidently the twisting and turning was close enough to the real thing to create the old reaction. I also killed a spectator with a wildly hit ball and I laughed till I almost peed myself. I love WII!
Sorry to hear about the first part, but the second part made me laugh. About your birds, too. Maybe they were confused, thought you were playing badminton (is that what it's called?) and thought you were hitting a "birdie." haha. I think I'm funny at 2:30 in the morning!
Blessings,
Mary

There is no way that it duplicates a workout like tennis or bowling because you don't run-but with my leg, running isn't such a good thing anyway. The tennis and the boxing do get your heart rate up and I'm sore the next day-so it must be doing SOMETHING. Also, once I get started, the time really does go by fast.
