Heartburn

Even on the band board people will argue about weather, airplane rides, etc. and like I said, I don't know the science, I just know what happens to me when the weather changes.  The cold weather is really ironic, since that's when my head wants to eat the most, and my body won't let me.  Ironic is the nicest word I could think of this morning....LOL.

I'm no doctor, but your heartburn sounds like just that...heartburn. Are you taking anything for that daily, like Protonix or Prilosec OTC? I would think that would help you more than an unfill, as it doesn't seem to me a fill or unfill would make a difference if it is heartburn. I'm not a bandster, either, so what do I know? I'd call the doctor and ask about trying heartburn medicine, to see how that works for you. If you're already on something for heartburn, but maybe only taking it once a day, perhaps your doctor would let you take it twice a day. Good luck in finding the right solution to this difficulty.
