Daily scale check...

Yes, but now I will want to weigh to make sure it stays off-but I won't.  I will be strong like my sisters on OH!

I feel like a junkie going thru withdrawal but its been 2 days and no scale yet.  I know I won't make it to my next appt on Feb 3rd but I hope to make it to Monday.

I rationalize it as if I don't weigh everyday then I gain weight.  Of course if I wouldn't put junk in my mouth I wouldn't gain weight, but I blame it on not weighing everyday.  My daughter has threatened to remove my scale if I don't stay off of it. 

I tell her go ahead I have a back up hidden in the closet. LOL

Does that make me sick or what.

Hey, there's a gal on here (Just Janice) and her husband took her scales as a joke.  And she went to Wal Mart to weigh.  And when she didn't like that number, she went to Target and weighed!  Now that's addicted!

Congrats on staying off for 2 days.  See what willpower you have?
